Aqua Exercise

 

A great way to feel better while gaining strength, flexibility, balance and endurance!

 

Those who have taken this class include people with chronic back problems, hip or knee replacement surgery,
weight problems, fibromyalgia, arthritis, diabetes, other health issues or no ailments at all!
This class is for old, young, male or female wanting to exercise in the comfort of water.
Water exercise and water walking are growing by leaps and bounds in many areas because it's fun, works so well and causes less stress on your body!

This program will also fit in well with any weight management program. The program spends:

  • Fifteen minutes warming up on your own
  • Half and hour exercising
  • Ten minutes toning
  • Five minutes stretching

Summer hours for Aqua Exercise are Monday through Thursday 8:30 to 9:30 AM, evenings Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Chech the hours schedule weekly for changes.

Winter hours for Aqua Exercise are Monday through Thursday 8:30 to 9:30AM, evening Monday and Wednesday 5:30 to 6:30PM. Check the hour tab for any week to week changes as that is up dated weekly with a new schedule.

Lap swimming is another fantastic way to get into shape without putting undo stress on your body.
Winter and SUMMER hours for lap swim are 6:00 to 7:00Am Monday through Friday. Deep-end swimming is available is open during all aqua exercise time also.

Cost for Aqua exercise or Lap swim is $3.00 per time or purchase 10 punch card for $25.00, good for two months.
